How it works

Three simple steps from order to doorstep.

  1. Choose your bouquet or plant

    Browse our collections and pick an arrangement or plant. Need something custom? Tell us in the notes — we love special requests.

  2. Confirm details

    Enter your delivery address and preferred window. We’ll confirm same-day availability and send you a short confirmation. Payment is collected at this stage.

  3. We deliver

    Your order is prepared fresh and delivered by our team the same day. You can choose contactless leave-at-door or hand delivery. We’ll text when we’re on the way.

Cut-off time

Orders placed by 12:00 noon (local time) on the delivery day are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders after that will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. We’ll always confirm your slot before we charge.

Delivery areas

We currently offer same-day delivery in select metro areas. When you submit an order or inquiry with your postcode, we’ll confirm whether we can deliver to you and quote any delivery fee. Coverage is expanding — if you’re just outside our zone, get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Fees

Delivery fees vary by location and order size. Standard same-day delivery typically starts around $12–15. Larger orders or plants may have a slightly higher fee. We’ll always show the total before you pay.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver on weekends?
Yes. We deliver Tuesday–Sunday in our service areas. Monday delivery may be available in some locations — just ask when you order.
Can I send a bouquet as a gift to another city?
We only offer same-day delivery in our current service areas. If the recipient is outside our zone, we can suggest trusted florists in their area or discuss shipping options for dried or preserved arrangements.
What if I’m not home?
You can choose “leave at door” at checkout. We’ll place the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot and send a photo. For hand delivery, we’ll coordinate a time window that works for you.
Can I add a message or gift note?
Absolutely. When you order, you’ll have a field for a gift message. We’ll handwrite it on a card and attach it to the bouquet. No extra charge.
Do you deliver plants the same day too?
Yes. Potted plants are included in our same-day service. We’ll pack them securely so they arrive in great shape. Larger or heavier plants may have a small additional delivery fee.
